The Laurel Police Department reported 113 calls for service and one accident. The following arrests were made:

Claxton Lavagh McDonald, BM, 08/21/78, driving while license or driving privilege canceled, suspended or revoked

Eric Lamar Smith, BM, 08/23/71, controlled substance; possession of marijuana in vehicle (1-30 grams), open container - 1st offense

Courtney Andreanique Booth, BF, 12/03/91, capias - failure to appear

James C. McCormick, BM, 06/06/79, DUI - 1st offense

Randy Ducksworth, BM, 07/24/60, compulsory vehicle liability insurance - no insurance, disobedience of official traffic-control devices, driving while license or driving privilege canceled, suspended or revoked, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer in a motor vehicle, resisting or obstructing arrest, seat belt violation

Barry L. Shelton, WM, 09/29/66, larceny; shoplifting - 1st offense

Jerimon Coleman Cooper, BM, 10/26/91, possession of marijuana - < 30g

James Maurice Dean, BM, 01/25/85, simple assault

Mario Alexander Randolph, BM, 08/10/76, capias - failure to appear, contempt of court, driving while license or driving privilege canceled, suspended or revoked

Willie James Gray, BM, 07/05/65, driving while license or driving privilege canceled, suspended or revoked

Brian Eugene Everett, BM, 11/15/83, open container - 1st offense, seat belt violation

Kenneth Howsenio Hickman, BM, 06/30/88, controlled substance; possession of marijuana in vehicle (1-30 grams), false information to law enforcement officer

Maurice Keonta Lawrence, BM, 06/29/83, contempt of court, driving while license or driving privilege canceled, suspended or revoked

Santanna Daneille McCurdy, BF, 09/10/85, driving while license or driving privilege canceled, suspended or revoked

Kiza Lachell Jenkins, BF, 05/01/79, no driver’s license

Willis Coleman, BM, 08/27/61, driving while license or driving privilege canceled, suspended or revoked

The Jones County Sheriff’s Department reported 61 calls for service, five accidents and 50 business/residential security checks. The following arrests were made:

Tracy Crosby, BF, 09/19/69, contempt of court, suspended driver’s license

Melissa Holifield, WF, 09/22/69, attempted aggravated assault with weapon or other means to produce

Lester Thomas, BM, 11/04/58, public drunkenness
