Malone's vehicle, which Billboard reports was being driven by his assistant, continued on after the impact and smashed into a fence before ending up in some shrubs.
The Beverly Hills Police Department said there were no injuries reported and added that no alcohol was involved.
"God must hate me", he posted.
Sgt Meyers also revealed that the vehicle owned by "Posty" - born Austin Richard Post - was being driven by his assistant, with the rapper in the passenger seat.
After the incident, Post Malone tweeted: "I landed guys".
The rapper, whose given name is Austin Richard Post, looked stoic as he watched police look over the crash site. I don't even know what to say, man. The plane blew a tire during take off and was quickly diverted to an airport in MA, before being diverted once again to Stewart International Airport in New Windsor, New York, where the plane landed safely.
The crash comes a mere 17 days after Malone's private jet had to make an emergency landing. The plane was originally set to go to England for Reading festival, but it was rerouted to an airport in Westfield, Massachusetts after it blew its tires upon take off.

Post Malone, a reported passenger on the flight, was travelling from Monday night's MTV Video Music Awards, where he won himself the Song of the Year accolade for "Rockstar".
