Mark Judge: 5 Things To Know About Brett Kavanaugh’s Friend & Alleged Accomplice

Swetnick is being represented by Attorney Michael Avenatti, the same lawyer for adult film star Stormy Daniels who alleged to have an affair with President Trump.

Kavanaugh denies the allegations, saying in a statement that "this is ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone". Swetnick said Kavanaugh's claim of "innocence" and lack of sexual activity in high school was "absolutely false and a lie".

"I still don't know the location, I still don't know the time, she can't tell me who picked her up, she can't tell me who dropped her off", he said.

"I also witnessed efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to "target" particular girls", Swetnick said, "so they could be taken advantage of; it was usually a girl that was especially vulnerable because she was alone at the party or shy".

In a sworn affidavit, Ms Swetnick alleged Judge Kavanaugh was involved in the drugging and sexual assault of girls at house parties in the 1980s. Judge, who Ford said was present at the time of the assault, said in a letter sent to the Judiciary Committee by his lawyer that he had "no memory of this alleged incident".

The new allegations come a day before Kavanaugh is due at a public hearing by the Senate Judiciary Committee.

She reportedly grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland and graduated from Gaithersburg High School in 1980.

"Well, Jake, CNN and the Jake Tapper show is not the investigatory bodies that pass judgment ultimately on allegation, so we're going to consider what to do with the names of these witnesses, to corroborate these accusations", said Avenatti.

Elizabeth Rasor, who dated Brett Kavanaugh's high school friend Mark Judge in college, says she is willing to talk with the Federal Bureau of Investigation about her claim that Judge told her about having group sex with a drunk woman in high school.

The Senate is now still scheduled to vote on Kavanaugh's nomination this Friday despite calls for its cancellation.

"What I've been accused of is far more serious than juvenile misbehavior", Kavanaugh says in testimony released by the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Kavanaugh, who was nominated by President Donald Trump, has denied the allegations. She also claimed that Judge laughed while the assault took place and turned up the music so that no one could hear her crying. Trump has dismissed the accusations against his Supreme Court pick as a "Democratic con job".

In the face of the new allegations against Kavanaugh, the Democrats of the Senate Judiciary Committee called on Trump to either withdraw Kavanaugh's nomination or to direct the FBI to reopen an investigation into his background. She alleges that when she went upstairs to use the bathroom, Kavanaugh forced her down on a bed, where he tried to remove her clothes while holding his hand over her mouth to stop her from screaming.

Shortly after, Judge Kavanaugh's Yale university classmate Deborah Ramirez told the New Yorker he had exposed himself at a dormitory party.
