Mac Miller Remembered by Chance the Rapper, Shawn Mendes, More

He was found around noon at his Fernando Valley home and pronounced dead at the scene, reports said. The rapper, real name Malcolm James McCormick, was found died on Friday police confirmed to the U.S. website.

"I used to rap super openly about really dark s-t", he said, "because that's what I was experiencing at the time". That's fine, that's good, that's life.

The artist is also known for dating singer Ariana Grande before her engagement with SNL cast member Pete Davidson.

Miller has had issues with substance abuse in the past and Grande cited that as one reason for the breakup, TMZ reported. Shortly after his vehicle accident and arrest that same month, Grande tweeted "pls take care of yourself".

Mac Miller - born Malcolm James McCormick in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1992 - released his debut studio album, Blue Slide Park, in November 2011.

While writing: "I wish it started tomorrow", Mac's tour was originally supposed to start on the 17th October.

"I just wanna go on tour", Miller tweeted at 9:29 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 6, just 19 hours before news of his death first broke. "The show is going to be special every night".
