After releasing a few details over the past couple of days, fans have been clamoring for a more extended look at Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's Blackout mode and now their wish has been granted.
Zombies are in there too, although the trailer does nothing to clarify what role they'll play in Blackout-it may hint at it, though.
There's no specifics on player count, size of the map or weapons available. We see plenty of over-the-top gunplay and vehicle combat, underwater action, zombies, and more.
A big part of this will be down to the fact that Blackout now supports up to 80 players on a single map, which was a technical challenge for those behind the Call of Duty engine. This goes well beyond the tiny teaser we saw a month ago, and gives us a much better idea of the rhythm and style of the mode.
Call of Duty Black Ops 4 - Official PC Trailer - 08/27/2018 08:38 AMActivision and Treyarch have released a new trailer for Call of Duty Black Ops 4, dedicated to its PC version. Players will drop into the action in a wing suit, and take command of land, sea and air vehicles in this last-player-standing experience celebrating the Black Ops series in an unprecedented way, all on the biggest map in Call of Duty franchise history. Starting on September 14, those who pre-ordered the game on PlayStation 4 can check out Blackout for themselves. The private multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 had such a reward, and it would come as no surprise if Treyarch shared something similar with Blackout beta players.
