Square Enix's E3 2018 Sure Was Disappointing

The Deluxe Edition, priced at $79.99, will include the game, a Kingdom Hearts 3 steelbook, a mini art book with concept art by director Tetsuya Nomura, and a collectible Kingdom Hearts 3 pin.

Unfortunately for Square Enix, the slew of trailers thrown in felt underwhelming since majority have already been seen before- many of them were shown at Microsoft's conference on Sunday.

Square Enix's other new game was called The Quiet Man and is also only listed for PlayStation 4 and PC.

Not that we're complaining, as the sandbox destruction looked as fun as ever - especially with the new extreme weather effects and more versatile grapple hook.

The hyped presentation did have plenty to share on a new Tomb Raider title, to which they devoted about seven minutes of their half-hour presser. Perhaps we'll see this game at Sony's showcase tonight, or maybe not even until after Shadow of the Tomb Raider is out.

Just Cause 4 will release on December 4 2018.

The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit is up next with two members of DONTNOD explaining how this game will relate to Season 2 of Life is unusual including some links to entice players.

E3 2018 marked Square Enix's return to holding a press conference at the event, as its last showcase was at E3 2015. There will also be a crossover event with Brave Exvius. It sounds nearly like it shouldn't work, but somehow, it just does, and the franchise has won itself millions of fans across the world.

Plus, I am just really bitter that we didn't see a remastered collection of Legacy of Kain, particularly Defiance.

The Kingdom Hearts III Deluxe Edition and Bring Arts Sora, Donald, and Goofy Set bundled separately will be available in limited quantities for $229.99.
