Respawn's Star Wars Game Is Called Jedi Fallen Order

We finally have a name for EA's next Star Wars game - Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

What Zampella did tell us is that the game will be set in between Episodes III and IV when the Jedis were being hunted down to extinction. While exact gameplay details weren't shared just yet, Zampella did say that you will get to play as the Jedi, in some capacity, though we'll surely get more specific details on the game as it gets closer to release.

Firstly, let's look at the studio: Respawn Entertainment.

The game didn't make any real appearance at Electronic Arts' pre-E3 EA Play showcase, but Respawn boss Vince Zampella shared a few details.

Plus, we know from the Darth Vader (2017) comic that Quinlan Vos is indeed alive, so how unbelievable would it be to play him in the Star Wars storyline, if they do in fact include it within the game's contents?

If your first thought at this point is to bring up Star Wars Battlefront 2, don't.

"We promise to pay respect to the Star Wars legacy at all times", game director Stig Asmussen previously said.

Jedi: Fallen Order is a third-person action-adventure game, and it's slated for release during holiday 2019. It's unclear if there will be a multiplayer mode at this time.

Titanfall developer Respawn has been developing a Star Wars game for EA for several years now but for a while, it's been quite vague what the game really was.
