She is not allowed to read text messages between him and the children.

According to court documents that were obtained by The Blast and reviewed by ABC News, a judge in the former couple's divorce case has made several demands that are meant to ensure that Pitt remains close to his children, of whom Jolie has primary custody.

"It is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother", the judge said, reports The Blast. The arrangement also required that a child therapist be present at certain periods as Pitt spends time with the kids.

Jolie has reportedly been given a parenting blueprint by the judge, including asking her to give Pitt each child's mobile phone numbers so he can call anytime. "Of course Angelina and Brad both want to be part of their children's lives, but it seems like Angelina hasn't been ready to let go and have the kids spend any real extended time with Brad".

Glass also said: "It's a rare case where the court will find that someone alienated the kids".

Jolie can't be present during the visits, but a child psychologist will be.

"From the start, Angelina has been focused only on their health and needs", the statement continued, "which is why it was so important that this last court hearing be conducted privately". Jolie's in charge of getting the kids to California, while Pitt will take care of getting them back to London. Pitt was granted full telephone access to the children.

The court stated that Jolie must allow the kids to have a relationship with their father and if she fails to comply to the new terms she risks losing primary custody.

A second source tells ET that Pitt is definitely happy with the new summer custody agreement. The children were most recently with their mother in London, where she is filming Maleficent 2. The court determined that Maddox, 16, was old enough to decide how he wants to split his time between his parents.

With an alleged physical altercation between Brad and Maddox occurring on a private plane in September 2016 and apparently prompting Ange to file for divorce, the custody situation has always been tense between the exes, who were together for 12 years and married for two.
