The new trailer is due to drop this Wednesday, May 2, 2018, and will be available on both YouTube and the official Rockstar Games website. However it goes, time will tell since we only have less than two days to go before it is showcased. There are now 2 trailers released for the game so far and the announcement of a new trailer will make it the third.
With the game launching in October, the new trailer is nearly certain to deliver brand new gameplay footage. Since then, Rockstar has barely made a peep about RDR2, until today. Obviously, there are no other details at this time, and fans should anticipate the usual kind of trailer the developer is known for putting out.
The announcement of the upcoming trailer re-confirms the October 26 release date, so this likely won't be paired with the sour news of another delay. However, it is unknown what storyline the second Red Dead Redemption game will follow. Players will take control of a criminal named Arthur Morgan and (since this is a prequel) it is possible that players could encounter and interact with a younger John Marston.
The Art of Red Dead Redemption 2 - should the item not be an incorrect listing - is slated for release on October 30, 2018. Morgan is a member of the Van der Linde gang, and from previous trailers looks to be an enforcer of sorts who collects debts for his boss. Up to this point, we've seen very little about the game.
