Porter's return will make Missouri a risky team in the NCAA Tournament.

Michael Porter Jr, the Missouri Tigers' freshman forward who is projected to be a top pick in the 2018 National Basketball Association draft, will return to action tomorrow in the SEC Tournament.

Porter missed the regular season due to injury after playing only two minutes in Mizzou's season opener against Iowa State. "I feel good about it'". Tipoff will be about 30 minutes following the first game of the day, which begins at 1 p.m. ET.

"I think he will play tomorrow", Martin said.

"If he's healthy, we're rolling", Martin added.

Mizzou plays the victor of Wednesday's Georgia-Vanderbilt game Thursday afternoon. Porter Jr. had initially committed to the Huskies.

But in late February he was cleared by doctors to resume all basketball activities.

The Tigers have compiled a 20-11 record this season and will enter the conference tournament as the No. 5 seed after finishing 10-8 in league play.

Martin said Porter, the No. 1 recruit in the country previous year, will he able to help Missouri in a variety of ways.
