Mission: Impossible Fallout gets official trailer during Super Bowl 52

A tease for the latest Mission: Impossible film, Mission: Impossible - Fallout premiered during the Superbowl, complete with a full view of Tom Cruise's injury on national television.

The sixth "Mission: Impossible" has Cruise with his familiar International Monetary Fund members (played by Simon Pegg and Ving Rhames) teaming with newbies Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, and Michelle Monaghan.

Mission: Impossible - Fallout is directed by the Oscar winning Christopher McQuarrie, who also helmed 2015's Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation.

Henry Cavill, playing what looks to be the main bad guy, has kept his Man of Steel heft for some bone-crunching fist fights too.

As the franchise progressed the stunts became riskier and it felt like Cruise was merrily experimenting away with how far can he push his physical limits.

Last week, the actor revealed the title of Mission Impossible 6 on Instagram.

Fallout sees the reunion of Ethan Hunt's familiar team, though it's hardly under happy circumstances. Cruise hangs from cliffs without harnesses, clings to a helicopter, gets rammed by cars and bikes, etc. Tom Cruise is seen to again to wild stunts. Mission: Impossible - Fallout is the sixth movie in the series, and it's the first time that a director has returned to direct one of the films.

Production on Mission: Impossible - Fallout kicked off all the way back in April 2016 and Cruise was spotted filming the project earlier this month. We got a good look at Tom Cruise as Hunt, Rebecca Ferguson as Ilsa Faust, Simon Pegg as Benji Dunn, and Ving Rhames as Luther Stickel.
