Apple said that they would fix this bug before rolling out 11.3, as they said the company has released an update of iOS version of 11.2.6. It is just a minor update released to fix some bugs, so do not expect new features.

As reported by MacRumors, the iOS 11.2.6 is the eleventh official minor update to the iOS 11, which was first launched in September previous year.
Using a specific character in the Telugu language native to India was enough to crash a variety of chat apps, including iMessage, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook Messenger, Gmail and Outlook, though Telegram and Skype were seemingly immune.
We were teased that AirPlay 2 will come to the 11.3 update from sources and developers that took apart the update to observe future features and other optimizations, but it seems that Apple pulled the update due to issues that are still unresolved with AirPlay 2.
It has been spotted that in the latest released of the iOS 11.3 and tvOS 11.3 beta that Apple has removed AirPlay 2 from either software.
Users can now download the iOS 11.2.6 update for free by going to the Settings tabs, General, and then choose the Software Update option.
