"God's Plan" was streamed 14M times on its first day of release on Apple Music and amassed 4.3M streams on Spotify on the U.S. (on Monday, Jan. 22)-the highest one-day total in the streaming platform's history. Views and his 2017 More Life made Drake one of the top streamed artists for both years mentioned. In a tweet, Zane Lowe from Beat 1 revealed that the song was streamed more than 14 million times.
In 2015, Drake signed a multi-million dollar deal with then-upstart streaming platform Apple Music.
No word yet on when Drake will follow up Scary Hours with more new music, but based off his track record, we know he can't sit still for long.
