Arsenal's FA Cup defense ended by 2nd-tier Nottingham Forest

Liverpool finally sold Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona for £145million this weekend, months after the Brazil playmaker first decided he wanted a switch to Spain.

Kane, who scored an incredible 56 goals in 2017, has been regularly linked with interest from Europe's big guns but has stuck with boyhood club Spurs.

Tottenham coach Mauricio Pochettino breathed a sigh of relief after his side overcame some early second half pressure to ease past AFC Wimbledon.

Considering their precarious position in the league, Wimbledon may benefit from an early exit from the FA Cup to focus on theirr survival bid, however, any win over Tottenham at the Home of Football would see confidence skyrocket, and it could set Wimbledon on a successful path further into the FA Cup, providing some respite from their hard league campaign. Even if Tottenham decide not to bring in any players during the January transfer window (which, after Barkley, feels more and more likely), tying down Kane and Toby to new deals would sure make supporters happy, not to mention ensure that two of the club's best talents stay in north London.

"I think Harry is this type of a player who can stay all his career at Tottenham because he loves Tottenham".

Standard Sport report he said: "I think you need to put my words in context".

Tottenham now take their place in the draw for the next round, but for a long time it seemed they might be taken to replay by the side 58 league places below them.

"Our job is to try to work together and try to achieve everything we want". I hear what clubs say. You can not force everyone to stay here.

"Of course the team and everyone we want to win trophies, but the period we are [in] today it is so important to be consistent in Premier League and then massive effort in Champions League, they are such important competitions for the club".
