Selena Gomez: No-one cares about my love life

"I cherish people who have really impacted my life", Selena admitted, when asked why she let Justin back into her good graces after quite a bit of time apart.

After posing for photos with her close friend Francia Raisa, Selena talked to Billboard about how she was feeling after receiving a kidney transplant.

According to Gomez, she can now look at her body and know that her torso scar represents life.

It's been quite a year for Selena Gomez - from her new music to executive producing a hit Netflix series, to her health struggles and continued Instagram fame - and Billboard honored her with "Woman of the Year" award at the 2017 Billboard Women in Music event. "Honestly, I couldn't be more grateful for the position I've been given in my career".

Selena Gomez doesn't believe anybody "actually cares" about her romance with Justin Bieber.

Selena, who wore black leather pants with slashes and a strapless corset top by Versace, kicked off her speech by praising Francia and was quickly overcome with emotion.

Gomez later reflected on how "incredibly lucky" she was. Blige also touched on her personal journey while accepting the Icon Award, highlighting the responsibility she feels to help people get through whatever situation they may be in: "I'm a fighter, I'm here, and I'm out here fighting for you".

She then paid tribute to those who had come before her.

The star, who has had a well-documented battle with Lipus, previously said: 'It was really kind of life or death.

Now that she's on the mend, she wants fans to know that she's thankful for her platform and for her fellow female trailblazers in music.

"I've never felt as proud to be a women in the industry than I do today", Gomez said while adding how crucial it is that voices "are being heard for the fist time".
