Disneyland Power Outage Brings Dozens of Rides to Sudden Halt

According to the Times, park officials do not expect to issue refunds to guests. Crews are working to restore it.

Issues with a transformer have hit Toontown, Fantasyland and other areas of the park on what is already one of its most crowded days of the year. Twitter user Geoff Fienberg tweeted that he was "stuck on a fuckin ride" (he later identified it as "It's a Small World").

"We've determined that the issue is with a Disneyland Resort transformer and our team is now assessing and working to restore power", a Disneyland statement to KABC read.

He said everyone was "pretty calm" and there was no "danger" or "commotion". No commotion or anything.

The two teams had visits to Disneyland scheduled as part of their Rose Bowl trips, and a press conference with players and coaches to kick off the week will be held.
