Wingsuit fliers jump from 13642-foot Alps summit into plane in midair

Two wingsuit flyers jumped from the summit of a mountain in the Swiss Alps, landing inside a moving plane in what can only be described as an insane stunt.

Two Red bull wingsuiters have successfully flown through the door of a plane while flying at more than 137km/h.

Fred Fugen and Vince Reffet, AKA Soul Flyers were sponsored by Red Bull that constantly promotes extreme sports. The duo BASE jumped from Jungfrau Mountain, one of the highest in the Swiss Alps at about 13,000 feet, and flew in formation with a Pilatus Porter down the steep mountainside before flying through its side cargo door.

Wingsuit flyers Fred Fugen and Vince Reffet catch up to the plane.

"When we started to train, we thought it would be easier to be honest". We had to be focused. One month later, we came back for another session. He then manages to make his way into the cockpit and pulls the aircraft up before it crashes.

"We wanted to do it differently by jumping from a mountain". You're falling down and all of a sudden there's no air anymore.

Most videos of wingsuit flyers are inherently insane - it just so happens that is the nature of humans imitating flying squirrels. "It was very emotional", Reffet said.
