"The BJP is working for the super-rich and middlemen".

As per the norm of the temple, every non-Hindu person visiting the Somnath temple needs to make a register entry and seek permission from the temple authorities before entering the sacred place.

"First question to the prime minister on the state of affairs in Gujarat - in 2012, promises were made to provide 50 lakh new houses but built 4.72 lakh in five years". Congress asks what is our Gujarat model.

"Though they have not seen poverty or the pain attached to it, they are now teaching us", he said without taking any names.

Modi is often referred to as "Saheb" by his supporters and subordinates.

In a stinging rebuttal to Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi's repeated criticism of the Goods and Services Tax (GST), a key economic reform of the NDA government, Modi said a recently emerged "economist" was propagating a "grand stupid thought" by suggesting that GST rate be capped at 18 percent. But suddenly PM Modi goes to France and while he changes the contract in Rafale's favour, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar was spotted buying fish at a Goa market, says Rahul Gandhi.

Elaborating on the note ban, Modi said, "I want to ask Congress why is it so obsessed with the demonetisation drive. They have not even spared the farm equipment and imposed GST on it".

Prime Minister said those who had looted the country could only think of dacoits. "Sardar Patel dreamt about the Narmada, but your family did not let that dream to be fulfilled". He also said that Congress had kept the One Rank One Pension issue on the back burner for 40 years.

Modi has been extensively campaigning in the Patidar stronghold area of Amreli district which has severely distressed cotton and groundnut farmers. "They could also have done that, but for them fighting corruption is not an issue". They are mocking everyone who works hard. "We have killed all the terrorists within three months of the incident", the Prime Minister said. Mr Modi addressed four rallies at Morbi, Prachi, Palitana and Navsari. The debt on Gujarat in 1995 was Rs 9,183 crore.
