Two customers angry over Chicken McNuggets climbed through an Indianapolis McDonald's drive-thru window early Friday morning.
"All of a sudden, I hear yelling and see these two girls just spring out of the auto and literally just dive headfirst into the drive thru window", said McNeely, who just happened to be in the vehicle behind these two women around 3:00 a.m. Friday. The women then began pounding on the window and honking their auto horn, claiming they had been "disrespected".
The altercation came about when the two girls complained that they'd never received the Chicken McNuggets they'd ordered and paid for - but instead of then receiving them, the server showed them a receipt proving they weren't on their order.
Indianapolis Police said the women could be charged with battery and vandalism if they are found, according to USA Today.
"It was a little bit disturbing at first but I knew that if I got it on video that I would be able to help the individuals inside the McDonald's", she told Fox59.
"They did it with such tenacity and force, so it really did scare me".
"McDonalds can be a pretty weird fast food place", said a woman named Jennifer who only gave her first name, "it's kind of like a Walmart for fast food". "That would really freak me out", she said. McNeely said she did get a shot of the car's license plate, which she turned over to managers and police.
Staff said the pair knocked over a basin full of tea and damaged the tablet register after claiming they weren't given enough nuggets. The store manager was not injured.
She didn't think too much about the incident and drove back to the hotel where she posted the videos on Facebook.
