Gary Lineker reacts to Chelsea's 4-2 win over Watford

A brace from substitute Michy Batshuayi and a goal each from Pedro Rodriguez and Cesar Azpilicuerta, secured the hard-fought win for Chelsea.

Pardew also discussed the impact of the substitutes as well as take a look back at all six goals from the game and a short preview of tomorrow's Nissan Super Sunday action live on Sky Sports.

"Our team came here and controlled most of the match".

"We played more in the second half but even how we played first half we started very well".

Conte's men were stunned but they managed to battle back into the game when Michy Batshuayi equalised to make it 2-2 in the 71st minute. "It showed our way and we need to continue in this way".

Chelsea failed to properly clear a free kick and it went out for a throw-in which Jose Holebas launched into the area. In the second half, for 35 to 40 minutes, I saw one team playing.

It could have been worse for Antonio Conte's side as Brazilian Richarlison missed two glorious chances for Watford either side of Pereyra's goal.

Watford pushed Chelsea hard and squandered several good chances but Conte praised his players' heart in coming from 2-1 down and said he had been a bit lucky with his substitutions.

"Batshuayi and Willian made a big difference but it was fantastic organisation and work from our players". We didn't give chances for Chelsea to counter. Normally he scores and kills the match but that's football.

'I am pleased for Michy, he scored two goals but his impact during the game was awesome.

Watford will be frustrated, too, that Chelsea's opening goal from Pedro came from a corner that clearly should have been a goalkick.

"Of course everyone knows it was not a corner. That's football. It's unfair".
