The Eagles (2-1) are coming off their most exciting victory in recent years - they beat the Giants on Jake Elliott's franchise-record, 61-yard field goal on the final play of regulation - and are playing a Chargers that has yet to win a game.

Lynn specifically cited a meeting planned for this week with himself and officials from the Los Angeles Police Department to discuss ways to improve the department's relationship with residents "in different communities".

Since the start of 2016, the Eagles have 16 games of 20 or more points, which is the fourth most in the league behind Atlanta (18), Green Bay and New England (17). Said Chargers tight end Hunter Henry: "Big challenge". Basically, they'll be Screech. The Chargers planned to keep the capacity at 27,000 with the extra 3,000 seats covered until they saw how things went in their new home.

Now, Bradley will get an opportunity to figure out how to stop him when the Chargers host the Eagles on Sunday at the StubHub Center, with the Bolts still looking for their first win in L.A.

After a rough outing against the Kansas City Chiefs, the team is nearing desperation mode and so is quarterback Philip Rivers.

Schwartz said they decide on a game-to-game basis if they'll have a corner travel to stay with one receiver. Expect Rivers to air it out all game with the Eagles secondary missing key contributors.

Philip Rivers had one of his worst performances in recent memory last week against the Chiefs. The Bolts' already ineffective running game won't get any better with Melvin Gordon at less than 100% with a knee issue so he'll have to throw it again a lot against Philly.

The Chargers are struggling to gain popularity after moving from San Diego to Los Angeles. The Eagles like to use play-action with Carson Wentz and it isn't effective if the team doesn't believe that you are actually going to run it. Los Angeles' defense has already allowed two teams to put up at least 140 yards on the ground.

Eli Manning threw for 366 yards and three touchdowns last week at the Linc. The Chargers pass rush is no joke but their run defense could headline at The Ice House in Pasadena. We know we ran the ball effectively. Reich announced Sproles' duties on offense will now fall upon second-year running back Wendell Smallwood, who gave the Eagles run game a significant spark in last Sunday's win. Cox has been a force since entering the league in 2012and hadn't missed a game since his rookie year until this weekend.

Pederson has his fingers crossed that Cox's injury won't linger.

The Philadelphia Eagles will be on the West Coast on Sunday to face an opponent they don't play against very often, the Los Angeles Chargers.
