Woman in Kevin Hart scandal denies being an extortionist

With her attorney Lisa Bloom, Montia Sabbag faced cameras Wednesday and said she was in an "intimate relationship" with the actor about a month ago and unknowingly photographed in the process.

Bloom said there was no evidence that law enforcement was looking into the matter and she meant to report it to authorities immediately and demand a full investigation.

News outlets have identified the woman seen cavorting with Kevin Hart in a viral video, as reported by TMZ.

Recently, the "Central Intelligence" star issued a public apology via Instagram to his wife Eniko Parrish, who is pregnant, and children over an "error in judgement" that he said resulted in an alleged extortion attempt.

Montia Sabbag, who describes herself as an aspiring actress and model, has hired Lisa Bloom to legally represent her. Bloom is now representing Blac Chyna in her case against Rob Kardashian. "I'm a recording artist and an actress, and I have not broken any laws", she said. "Kevin Hart appears to be the victim of this criminal just as Montia is the victim of this criminal". "It is a crime to secretly put a camera in a private place like a hotel room".

The actor said someone had targeted him for "financial gain" and that he'd rather "fess up" to his mistakes than pay.

The attorney also took a moment to "invite Mr. Hart to join us in bringing the perpetrator to justice".

Hart is reportedly being threatened with an apparently sexually suggestive video.

She and Hart divorced in 2011 and he went on to marry his second wife, Eniko Parrish, in 2016. "Since then, my pictures and my name have been released and lies have been written about me", Sabbag said.

The comedian posted a video to Instagram in which he said he wasn't ideal and recently made poor decisions.

Bloom, the daughter of top lawyer Gloria Allred, announced the news she would be representing Sabbag in a tweet on Tuesday.
