Katie Holmes, Jamie Foxx display major PDA after alleged 'Tom Cruise Clause'

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have been romantically linked for four long years, and the pair have finally gone public with their relationship as new photos have emerged of the Hollywood stars holding hands on a beach in Malibu. But if you thought that was because they played a very good game of cat-and-mouse with tabloid outlets, think again.

Holmes, who sparked engagement rumors past year with a ring, split from Syracuse native Tom Cruise, who co-starred with Foxx, 49, in 2004's "Collateral", in 2012. They were also photographed holding hands while strolling along the beach line.

The divorce agreement - which remember, they settled in just 10 days - also rumored to include a rule that Suri wouldn't have any contact with Cruise's religion, Scientology.

It has always been claimed that Tom included a strict clause in the divorce settlement that prohibited Katie from publicly dating anyone for five years.

Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have finally confirmed their relationship. The american magazine Us Weekly reported in 2016 that his father "has not seen or called Suri for the past three years", he had "no contact with his daughter".

Earlier, when Foxx was asked about his rumoured relationship with Holmes, he denied any link-ups stating they were hilarious claims. Holmes abruptly left Cruise in 2012, then started dating Foxx.

Holmes got together at a lodging with Foxx, who had been in the City of Lights to shoot his new Robin Hood motion picture.

In April, the pair-in-secret were seen enjoying a dinner together again in NYC.

"Jamie wants Tom's forgiveness, whatever the future holds for him and Katie", a source tells the publication.

AND one of Jamie's friends, Claudia Jordan (from Real Housewives of Atlanta) blabbed one time, saying: "He is very happy with her". It appeared that the newly announced couple hired a beachfront house to celebrate.
