She's trying to tell people out there that you can say no when someone puts their hand on you.

The pop star, dressed in a floral print dress, also said she could not have said anything about what happened without others already in the photo area overhearing. There was no diving into the picture. Mr Mueller, then a host on the top-rated radio station KYGO, had been invited to meet her before the show.

Austin Swift, the pop star's younger brother, arrived to court via the main entrance on Thursday, marking his first appearance at the trial.

Mueller's attorney, Gabriel McFarland, tried to get Dent to say why he did not react immediately.

"I had no reason to disbelieve what he was telling me", KYGO Vice President Robert Call told the court, according to BuzzFeed.

Mr Baldridge repeatedly interrupted Mueller during an aggressive cross-examination and noted that Mueller has said he lost an audio recording of a meeting he had with his bosses before they fired him. "In our opinion, he had violated section 16, paragraph B of our contract and created an embarrassing situation for our company, our clients". Call concluded that he was lying and chose to fire him.

'Resolution of this Counterclaim will demonstrate that Mueller alone was the perpetrator of the humiliating and wrongful conduct targeted against Ms.

"I wanted to vomit and cry at the same time", Andrea Swift said.

"I did not want every interview from now on to have to make her include what happened to her". It's a relatively close business.

Mueller was sacked by radio station KXGO two days after the 2013 incident and has been unable to find a job since.
