Longmont weather: Warmer temperatures and mostly clear skies over the weekend

Heading out the door Sunday morning, you can expect cloudy skies, patchy fog, drizzle, a few light showers and damp roads, so take it slow.

All this week, we'll have highs in the 80s.

For more information on current conditions, go to our weather page. Scattered showers and storms will decrease in coverage this evening with most places dry by the mid to late evening hours.

Today: Mostly sunny and lovely, turning less humid this afternoon. Clouds will increase through the afternoon and evening. Southwest winds will shift the storms inland.

Thu: High: 89 Low: 70 Mostly sunny; scattered storms by afternoon/overnight. Temperatures will drop to the upper 60's.

Over night Sunday a low of 47, before we start a bit of a warming trend to begin the work week.

Monsoon moisture is bringing rain into to some southwest valleys and the San Juan mountains Friday morning. Most of us look to stay dry today, but there is the ever so slight chance of some isolated showers, mainly over our western areas. Highs Wednesday through next weekend will be in the upper 80s to around 90°.
