The Call of Duty: WWII private beta opens first on PS4 on August 25th and will run to August 28th. Those who pre-order can gain access to the closed beta for multiplayer.
It is important that you keep in mind that it is only the preload. Unfortunately, the upcoming Call of Duty WW2 Beta isn't going to give us a look at Headquarters. So for Xbox players that will miss the PlayStation 4 beta, there's still a chance to play once September begins.
Call of Duty: WWII is taking the best-selling first-person shooter franchise back to where it started: World War II.
The announcement also revealed what maps, modes, divisions and progression systems will be in place when the Beta does become available.
Even if you're not a hardcore fan of the Call of Duty series, you can't help but admit that Call of Duty: WWII just has a knack for capturing attention. Sure, you can fiddle with your loadout and send out invites or chat with people who might be there, but for the most part, it's a passive experience.
Call of Duty: WWII will debut on November 3, 2017, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
The new Headquarters space serves the objective of being exactly that-your headquarters-but it does so in a way that the Call of Duty community will probably appreciate more than any other gaming community could.
