At the first glance, the Coolpad Note 5 Lite C might seem a little bit pricy as compared to the Xiaomi Redmi 4 but it scores some brownie points when it comes to the availability. The smartphone also features a fingerprint scanner that is located on the back panel. Apart from this launch, the company has also announced that it'll be launching an annual flagship smartphone in August which will be Amazon India exclusive.
To recall, the Redmi 4 features a metallic unibody, a 5-inch HD display with 2.5D curved glass, a 13MP rear-facing camera with PDAF and LED flash and a 5MP front snapper. It has 16GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 64GB using a microSD card. It has 1.1 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) processor with Adreno 304 GPU and 2GB RAM.it has 16GB storage with an option to expand storage. Further, the smartphone is backed by a 2500mAh battery which company claims can power the phone for 240 hours during standby. Dubbed as "Coolpad Note 5 Lite 5" the device goes official, priced at Rs 7,777. Coolpad Note 5 Lite C is the version of Coolpad Note 5 Lite which was launched in this year. The handset will be available in stores from August 5. But this is the first smartphone from the house of Coolpad which runs the latest Android 7.1 Nougat OS.

This launch of the Note 5 Lite C is just a way to mark its presence in the offline market. In terms of connectivity options, the Note 5 Lite 5 comes includes Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi tether, Bluetooth v4.1, 4G VoLTE connectivity, and Global Positioning System.
With this device, the company is looking to venture into the offline retail space as before this all their devices launched went on sale online, with the last one being exclusively sold via Amazon.
