Teller was out with several other men shortly after midnight on Sunday when the group was approached by an officer. We're told the cop walked up to Miles and started questioning him, but he quickly became uncooperative. He was then placed in handcuffs, but he still had trouble standing up straight.
The city of San Diego allows intoxicated people to check into detox centers run by volunteers in lieu of facing arrest. The cop offered to take Teller to the detox location, but he refused.
As officers were talking with him, Teller lost his balance and nearly fell into the street, Hernandez said.
He was eventually taken to the centre against his wishes, but was ultimately rejected by staff because he reportedly couldn't follow directions. After being in jail for around 4 hours, Teller was released without bail.
Teller has not commented on the arrest reports, but the news comes six months after he was involved in a scary vehicle crash while driving in the San Fernando Valley, near Los Angeles in December (16) with his girlfriend Keleigh Sperry.
