Ariana Grande's Manchester benefit concert will air on ABC

Ariana Grande's benefit concert in Manchester, England, this weekend will be viewable to US audiences.

Freeform will broadcast the full show, while ABC will air a one-hour highlight special following the National Basketball Association finals, parent company Disney / ABC Television Group said in a release Friday.

Performers confirmed to perform include: Justin Bieber, Coldplay, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams, Usher, One Direction's Niall Horan, and Take That.

Around 50,000 attendees are expected, with all net ticket proceeds from the show will go towards the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund.

With those pledges made, some touts resorted to trying to resell tickets to the concert - primary tickets for which sold in just minutes - via eBay itself, though the web company has pledged to remove those posts as well.

Not only are big time celebrities set to perform at the benefit concert, including Niall Horan, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus, but US television networks have chose to stand with them as well.

Those who attended the tragic gig on 22 May (17) have been able to apply for free tickets for the charity event.

One eBay seller was trying to offload four tickets to the gig for £1,250 - which would net a potential profit of almost £1,100.

Being the father of a 13-month-old daughter Luna added to John's horror over the attack, as several children were among the victims of last week's (end28May17) attack at the Manchester Arena.

More than 20 people were killed in an explosion following a Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena late Monday evening. "So that is what it will continue to do for us".

"Our response to this violence must be to come closer together, to help each other, to love more, to sing louder and to live more kindly and generously than we did before", she wrote in the statement.

According to Ticketmaster, their site "was unsurprisingly met with remarkable demand for One Love Manchester tickets we had on sale this morning -140,000 fans were on the website and our call centre was buzzing".

It's after the date for this year's final switched from Sunday, June 4 to Saturday, June 3 to accommodate the Manchester benefit concert on the Sunday.
