On Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the 32-year-old described the traumatic ordeal that changed her life in chilling detail.
'I want to tell you this because it was such a strong feeling - every night in Paris I said a prayer of thanks that nothing had happened to us'. Then, in an interview for the show, she added, "I'm calling to them, like, 'Hello?" She remembered having the gun held up to her head and thinking she was going to die, being gagged with duct tape, realizing there was no way out and fearing she was going to be raped. "He pulled me toward him at the front of the bed and I thought, "OK, this is the moment they're going to rape me", she said. During one scene, she's on her way back to NY with her mother, Kris Jenner, and her beau Corey Gamble, as Kim laments, "People like Howard Stern said that I should go to jail if this is fake..."
In a preview of an upcoming episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians", Kim said: "I can't sleep unless I have four security guards just outside my house".
I don't care who you are, how famous you are, or how well protected you think you may be, this is one scary incident and will affect a person for the rest of their lives.
Though the incident didn't have any fatal casualty, reportedly the robbers got hold of her jewellery, worth millions of dollars. "They had that window or opportunity and just went for it". She still thought they were going to kill her, though.
"I just knew that was the moment".
The first 20 minutes of the episode follows Kim and her family attending Paris Fashion Week, just days before the robbery took place.
French authorities have since charged 10 suspects with crimes including armed robbery, kidnapping and weapons possession, and Kim met with a French judge in NY in February to give her testimony as part of the case. She later recounted hearing footsteps at her home, but once she Asked who was present, the silence was made: "My heart began to beat quickly".
Seventeen people have been arrested in connection to the robbery, and 10 have been charged so far. "I can say I've become so much better because of it.thank you for allowing me to share my story tonight". "It's literally one day at a time for her right now".
A stoic Kim seemed to have incredible perspective surrounded by her sisters.
The men then dragged her back into the room, while she begged the concierge to tell them to spare her life, because she has a family.
The E! reality series opened with footage from Kanye West's New York City concert, shot by his documentary crew, that showed him exiting the stage mid-performance after learning that his wife had been robbed. She begged the concierge to tell the robbers that she had kids.
