Grumbling Arsene Wenger takes dig at ungrateful Arsenal fans

"He has an unbelievable number of years to go".

"Everybody just takes and takes it and makes it a a subject".

Earlier in the week it was reported that Wenger's right-hand man Primorac was set to leave and take up a managerial post in Turkey - but the Frenchman once again channelled his inner Donald Trump to play down the rumours.

Barcelona have been attracted to Bellerin after a series of impressive performances with the north London club over the past few seasons.

Silva insisted that while Wenger's time will come to an end at Arsenal, it shouldn't be now under these circumstances.

They initially identified Bellerin as their top target and the front pages of Catalan sports newspapers this week have been dominated by reports of a revived £35million swoop for the Arsenal starlet.

The Mirror's Liam Prenderville also provided quotes from Wenger's press conference as the Frenchman added: "It's very hard to take these things seriously".

Leicester are showing Arsenal up, but they are highlighting how badly Tottenham got it wrong too this season.

Arsenal are also in the FA Cup semi-finals where they play Manchester City next month.

Fifth-placed Arsenal must win at the Hawthorns to close the gap between themselves and the top four as they bid to secure Champions League qualification.

Ironically, Arsenal could finish fourth and still not qualify for next season's Champions League if Manchester United were to finish outside the top four and win the Europa League.

"For us it is vital".

"We have just extended the contract", said Wenger, as quoted by the Daily Mail.

Wenger says a win over West Brom is vital, but admits that he can not necessarily claim the season as a success even if his team do climb the table and finish fourth.

'We are in a position where we can not waste points.
