Apple iPad Pro 2 Specs, Release date, Rumors

We've been hearing recurring rumors that a new 12.9-inch iPad Pro, a possible 10.5-inch iPad Pro, a revised 9.7-inch model to replace the iPad Air 2, and even a 7.9-inch iPad mini update might be announced soon. The timing of the new campaign is curious since the company is expected to unveil its new iPad lineup sometime this month. The retailer said the price for the case was unspecified until Apple made its official announcement, the retailer added. But considering the power and success of the current generation iPad Pro, the statement had left Apple fans more anxious than ever to find out what the iOS developer is preparing. Though the manufacturer has yet to officially confirm the release of the tablet, fans are expecting to get their hands on the newest Pro model. This will further bolster Apple productivity oriented tablet range that already includes the 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro model. That applies to the top and bottom bezels as well which might be reduced to accommodate the Facetime camera and home buttons respectively.

Analysts believe this will allow Apple to fit in a bigger display even when the device continues to sport the same external dimensions. Thus, while its display is still good enough for users, it would be great if Apple releases the iPad Pro 2 with a screen featuring better resolution. There isn't likely to be any changes to the display technology, though.

According to a source, recent leaks suggest that the upcoming iPad Pro may feature a magnetic Apple Pencil. Interestingly, the Apple Pencil 2 is said to come equipped with a pen clip for safe placement in a pocket. This might be a masterstroke in the tablet space that will make the iPad better placed to take on Android devices. Now, the tech giant shared two new Twitter-based video ads of the iPad Pro 2 that highlights the Apple Pencil, built-in camera, as well as the recording functions. This isn't exactly news as the shift from laptops to more portable solutions has been going on for quite some time and not only in Apple's camp.
