Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho raged that other Premier League managers receive preferential treatment from officials after his side played out a goalless draw with Hull and failed to close the gap on teams now occupying a Champions League place.
Ibrahimovic has scored 19 goals for United in all competitions this season, and 14 in the league, with Juan Mata and Paul Pogba a long way behind the 35-year-old Swede with seven each.
United's last win in the League was the 2-0 defeat of West Ham on January 2 and although they dominated Hull they failed to find a way past Eldin Jakupovic.
"In nearly every team the striker is the top scorer", Mourinho told a press conference at United's training base west of Manchester prior to Sunday's trip to Leicester City. They are a waste of time. "We have to keep going because we have another game for the weekend".
"I know what he wants from me", he said.
Jose Mourinho has warned that Manchester United will not dragged into "impossible deals" this summer to help the world's best players and their agents secure a better deal elsewhere.
The Spanish club's president Enrique Cerezo last month revealed that United were pursuing the striker, while manager Diego Simeone has said that he will not hold back the team's prized asset.
"Yesterday one fourth official told to a manager: "I enjoy very much your passion, so do what you want to do".
"We had very good chances in transition".
"Even (though) for me the top four is not my aim - my aim is win the whole Premier League".
ANTOINE GRIEZMANN HAS reached a deal to join Manchester United in the summer, according to reports coming out of France, with the English club believing that it already has a basic agreement with the striker.
"From now until the summer I am just focused on our players, our targets and our fans".
Mourinho then walked out of the Old Trafford press room without taking questions about defender Phil Jones, who limped off in the second half with an apparent hamstring injury.
