Pokemon Go: All the new Pokemon you can find starting today

These new Pokemon will only be found via eggs collected from PokeStops - it doesn't sound like you can catch them in wild. Yet. But Niantic will be adding them a little at a time, it seems, at least if this video announcement is any indication. "These are the first of more Pokémon coming to Pokémon GO over the next few months".

The original version of Pokemon Go had almost all 151 original Pokemon on it, but also faced a good amount of criticism for those Pokemon being the only ones available when the game first released.

The update fixes a long overdue problem with transferring Pokemon to Professor Willow.

This massive time saver improves on the previous system, where users would have to transfer Pokemon individually.

In addition, Buddy Pokemon will now display their Total Candy count and the total distance walking by your companion.

There's also a suggestion that we might see our first Legendary Pokemon (perhaps Articuno) released in the game.

Pokemon Go developer Niantic has issued a new update that makes essential changes to the Pokemon hunting app.

It has, however, been overshadowed slightly by the recent announcement about new Pokemon and the impending Christmas event.

In order to use the new transfer ability, players must press and hold a Pokemon.

Let us know in the comments what you find! Also, numerous members of the PoGO community believe that baby Pokemon might only be hatched from 5KM and 10KM eggs, especially since they are the newest creatures in the game.
