Those who own Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will receive the remaining six remastered maps for the game next week.

"Infinite Warfare units came in 17% shy of our expectations, down close to 50% year-on-year", Cowen analyst Doug Creutz wrote.

Morgan Stanley analyst Brian Nowak in a report to clients November 16 predicted a 10 percent decline for "Call of Duty" game sales in Activision Blizzard's December quarter.

Gun Game, as Call of Duty fans will know, is a Free-For-All type game mode that sees players receiving a new weapon each time they make a kill.

When the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered December update arrives gamers will get a plethora of great items that round out the game. You can see what they look like in the trailer below.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is available now and the new maps and modes will be available next week. That's not all that you will see in this update. The game will host a 24/7 playlist for it starting on December 20 and running through the holidays. The video game developer Raven and executive producer Infinity Ward are the team behind the digital restoring of this "Call of Duty" classic.

Along with these upgrades and new maps we expect a collection of fixes and changes to tune the game as we close out 2016.

According to the designer, after the update the HUD will display the number of players left alive in a search and destroy match.
