He started the game but totaled only 11 yards in eight carries before departing. The unit could be without their top star this weekend as CB Josh Norman is also coming off a concussion last week and is questionable to play. We're not going to give up on Matt. He understands the magnitude of fumbling the football. If he doesn't, he does now.

But the Redskins like that he's big - 6-foot-2, 232 pounds - and has good feet. He's worked hard at correcting his running style this season and used his body as a shield and a weapon to unload on defenders instead of his previous up-right style.

The turnovers Sunday from Jones led to more attempts from both Chris Thompson and rookie Robert Kelley. In addition to his carries, Thompson also caught seven passes for 40 yards. He is officially in the NFL's concussion protocol and will be visiting an independent neurologist to further discuss his health, Jay Gruden announced Monday.

The Cincinnati Bengals don't look anything like the team we expected to see before the season and you can't feel comfortable laying any number with the way they've played. Matt Jones reverted back to his old ways as he put the ball on he ground twice, once while he was untouched, and another when he couldn't corral the handoff.

With quarterback Ben Roethlisberger out for an extended period of time for the AFC North-leading Steelers, the Bengals have a great opportunity to seize control of the division as long as they keep winning. And as far as his confidence, we're more anxious about the team success than somebody's confidence. We've got to make sure we protect the ball and that's everybody. He tied former Colts kicker Mike Vanderjagt (42 made between 2002 and 2004) with a 28-yard field goal in the second quarter. "We fumbled again. It's something that has to be addressed".

Eagles wide receiver Josh Huff returned a kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown against the Vikings, the first time in team history they've had a kick return for a score in consecutive games.

Washington runs a 3-4 defense, and Kerrigan has been one of the league's better pass rushers since he entered the league in 2011.
