Guardiola seeks to end City's winless run

Guardiola has gone six games without a victory as he prepares to take his team to West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League on Saturday.

A ideal start of 10 wins in 10 games in all competitions with City was interrupted by a 3-3 draw with Celtic in the Champions League, followed by defeat to Tottenham and a draw at home to Everton.

City are without a win in six in all competitions and worryingly have seen the goals dry up with just two in their last five matches in all competitions.

"We can win the upcoming games, which is the objective". Every proud Catalan who's a Barça fan doesn't like Real Madrid, and since he had already chose to join the Citizens in England, Guardiola never even considered moving to Los Blancos. That brought a smile, at least.

"I've always belonged to Barcelona, getting the Real Madrid job would have not been convenient neither for me nor for them" Guardiola tol reporters ahead of tomorrow's Premier League clash against WBA.

He said: "I'm a follower of Barcelona".

Real Madrid tried to hire Pep Guardiola past year, as they contemplated sacking Rafa Benitez.

"West Brom play a physical game and a counter-attacking game", he said. We try to correct so we make less mistakes in the build-up than before. We will have to try and adapt our game, but that happens all the time. In the end, the difference between the big clubs is how you are in the boxes.

"There is no doubt he will win titles this year and do it playing the same football as the start of the season", continued the current Barca boss. Ben Foster is proving an excellent last line of defence as well at the moment but my own personal turmoil when it comes to games involving West Brom means I will take the coward's way out and not get involved from a financial point of view. We need to handle the situation until he can play 90 minutes.
