Conor McGregor reveals his one wish before he gives up his title

The Irishman hopes to defeat Eddie Alvarez to achieve his goal to own two title belts during his career. Only BJ Penn has attempted the feat previously and he fell short in his bid when he lost to Georges St-Pierre at UFC 94 in 2009.

The 28-year-old will attempt to win the UFC Lightweight title when he faces Alvarez in NY on November 12.

When the announcement was first made, president Dana White tried to ease the worry of fans that didn't want McGregor holding two titles, mainly because he's yet to make a defence of the crown he snatched from Jose Aldo in 13 seconds past year. "Even looking at his facial features, they are not the same, so I know those close to him will understand what I'm talking about".

White added: "He'll fight and if he wins, he'll hold two belts, and then he'll decide which one he'll give back to me". After the fight both of them talked, actually there was a amusing thing.

THE PUNISHMENT HANDED down to Conor McGregor for his involvement in a press conference fracas in August isn't as severe as was first reported. One would think it will nearly certainly be the 155 belt, as it's no picnic for McGregor to make 145.

Let me do it and let me go back and look at some pictures of me with two belts, and let me embrace it for half-a-day.

. "That's what everyone should be excited about, this is history".

"I can't trust any word from president Dana White, and who's in charge of the promotion now is Conor McGregor".

McGregor, 28, has backed down from that notion, though, telling Sports Illustrated that he would be willing to eventually surrender one belt, but only after he full enjoys what would be a historic achievement, and not a moment before. I'd slap the heads off one of them. "I don't know what the fuck that is", he said in part when asked about the clown epidemic terrorizing America. But like I said, the future nobody knows, we'll see. We will have to park this conversation between Dana and the rest of the group for now, because it's a new group of people, but we can have a final decision of what is going to happen in the future. "He can do whatever he wants but if you're in the spotlight, and you dish it out, then you shouldn't be a cry baby". "No, I'm a smart person, it doesn't work on me these things".
