The video features a clip of Putin performing his signature Judo throw and a clip from an ISIS recruitment video just before featuring a short clip of Clinton barking like a dog at a campaign rally.
It concludes with footage of Putin laughing and the words "We don't need to be a punch line!"
Clinton alleged that Trump is embarrassing the country and that his candidacy isn't treating the race with the gravity and dignity it deserves.
She suggested enlisting a pooch to call out her political opponents next.
