Robber gets away with cash from Comerica Bank in Roseville

An unarmed robber got away with cash Tuesday morning from a Comerica Bank in Roseville, police said. Police officers, accompanied by a police dog, searched the area around the bank, but no suspects were located.

According to a press release by Roseville Deputy Police Chief Don Glandon, the robbery took place at 10:20 a.m. The robber reportedly entered the bank and produced a note demanding money from a teller.

The suspect was last seen headed northbound from the scene and no vehicle was spotted. No injuries were reported. The suspect is described as a white male, about 25-30 years old, about 6-feet-tall and weighs about 190 pounds.

At the time of the robbery the suspect was wearing a brown Carhartt-type coat, blue jeans, black knit cap and a green-and-white-checkered-pattern flannel type shirt, police said. He also had a closely cropped beard.
