Police say they are increasingly concerned for the welfare and whereabouts of Sian Blake 43 - who played home wrecker Frankie Pierre in the 1990s - after she vanished from her home in Erith, Kent, with Zachary, eight, and four-year-old Amon.
She is described as a black woman, 5ft 2ins tall of slim build with short black hair.
She and her two children are still thought to be in the London area.
Missing EastEnders actress Sian Blake was with a man believed to be her boyfriend when she was last seen leaving her home, neighbours have revealed.
The publication quotes a source as revealing that they believe the actress may still be in London, but she has also reportedly been spotted in the Cambridge and Colchester districts since she disappeared.
"No-one knows where she is".
Mrs Metzgen told the Sun that Sian had recently been looking "very thin and frail".
After "exhausting all other lines of enquiry" police launched a public appeal to help try and locate the family, who were last heard from via a text from Sian to family members saying that they were going to spend Christmas alone together.
Ms Blake appeared in 56 episodes of EastEnders in 1996 and 1997, but quit the soap after being bombarded with hate mail aimed at her unpopular character.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: "Officers are increasingly concerned for her and the children's well-being".
